Abstract

Pelayanan Intensive Care Unit (ICU) digunakan untuk pasien kritis, meliputi pasien yang secara fisiologis tidak stabil dan memerlukan tenaga kesehatan yang terkoordinasi dan berkelanjutan. Peningkatan indikator sasaran keselamatan pasien dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang mendukung dalam pelayanan kesehatan melalui interprofessional collaboration. Penerapan Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) adalah interaksi atau hubungan dari dua atau lebih tenaga kesehatan yang saling bekerjasama untuk berbagi informasi yang bertujuan untuk mengambil keputusan bersama, dan mengetahui waktu yang optimal untuk melakukan kerjasama dalam perawatan keselamatan pasien serta memberikan perawatan yang baik kepada pasien. Metode studi kasus yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penentuan besar sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan didapatkan 9 responden. Alat ukur penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale (AITCS) dan peneliti melakukan sosialisasi mengenai penerapan Interprofessional Collaboration di ruang ICU menggunakan media booklet dan vidio. Hasil analisa didapatkan data petugas di ruang ICU RSUD Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno Kota Surakarta 77,8% dalam kategori kolaboratif, sedangkan 22,2% dalam kategori tidak kolaboratif. Pelaksanaan Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) di ruang ICU RSUD Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno Surakarta pada kategori kolaboratif. Hal ini dikarenakan kerjasama tim perawat di ruang ICU dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan terhadap pasien sudah terlaksana dengan baik.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) service is used for critical patients, including patients who are physiologically unstable and need a coordinated and sustainable medical staff. Improvement in patient safety target indicator is influenced by supporting factors in health services through interprofessional collaboration. The implementation of Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) is interaction or relationship between two or more medical staffs who are cooperated to share information in order to make decisions and know the optimal time to cooperate in the care of patient’s safety and provide good care to them. Case study method used in this research is descriptive with qualitative approach. The determination of the sample size in this study used a simple random sampling technique and obtained 9 respondents. The research measuring tool used is questionnaire of Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale (AITCS) and the researcher researchers conducted socialization regarding the implementation of Interprofessional Collaboration in the ICU room using booklet and video media. The results of the analysis showed that 77.8% of the staff in the ICU room at Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno Hospital of Surakarta City are in the collaborative category, while 22.2% are in the non-collaborative category. The implementation of Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) in ICU room at Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno of Surakarta City is categorized as collaborative. This due to the cooperation of the collaboration of the nurse team in the ICU room in providing nursing care to patients has been carried out well.
