Abstrak
Congestive heart failure (CHF) merupakan kegagalan pada struktur jantung dalam menyalurkan oksigen keseluruh jaringan, meskipun tekanan dalam oksigen tersebut normal, penyakit jantung disebabkan oleh gangguan fungsi jantung dan pembuluh darah, sehingga ada beberapa kasus ditemukan adanya penyakit kegagalan pada sistem kardiovaskuler (Homenta, 2014). Tujuan Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini untuk menerapkan teori ke dalam praktek dengan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Tn.S dengan diagnosa CHF, metode yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, melakukan pemeriksaan fisik dan studi dokumentasi. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan pada Karya Tulis Ilmiah yaitu menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan pada masalah oksigenasi yang diberikan tindakan terapi nasal kanul dan posisi semifowler didapatkan hasil yakni terdapat peningkatan SpO2 dari 89% menjadi 97%, penurunan frekuensi napas dari 27x/menit menjadi 18x/menit yang dilakukan selama 8 jam.

Abstract
Congestive heart failure (CHF) is a failure in the structure of the heart to distribute oxygen throughout the tissue, even though the pressure in oxygen is normal, heart disease is caused by impaired heart and blood vessel function, so there are several cases of failure of the cardiovascular system (Homenta, 2014). The purpose of this scientific paper is to apply theory into practice with nursing for Tn.S patient with a diagnosis of CHF, the methods used were interviews, physical examinations and documentation studies. The conclusion obtained in Scientific Writing is that the management of nursing on oxygenation problems given nasal cannula therapy and semi-Fowler's position shows that there is an increase in SpO2 from 89% to 97%, a decrease in respiratory rate from 27x/minute to 18x/minute which done for 8 hours.
