Abstrak

Perawat merupakan tenaga kerja di rumah sakit yang memiliki tugas yang sangat bervariasi. Aktivitas kerja perawat dirumah sakit cukup berat dan mempunyai potensi menimbulkan penyakit dan kecelakaan akibat kerja. Salah satunya dalam pemindahan pasien yang beresiko seorang perawat terjadi Low Back Pain. Dampaknya dapat merusak kinerja perawat tentang aktivitas kehidupan sehari – hari mereka dan menghalangi hubungan interpersonal mereka sehingga mengakibatkan berbagai masalah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai resiko low back pain penggunaan lateral patients transfer device dan draw sheet pada perawat rumah sakit indriati solo baru.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian Quasi Experimental dengan desain posttest nonequivalent control group design sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 38 kelompok kontrol dan 38 kelompok intervensi. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada 09 Juli – 29 Juli 2021 di Rumah Sakit Indriati Solo Baru. Alat ukur penelitian ini menggunakan Nordic Body Map untuk menilai resiko Low Back Pain dan lembar observasi analsis yang digunakan static parametrik yaitu analisis Independent Sample T-test.
Hasil analisis resiko LBP pada kedua kelompok yaitu mean kelompok kontrol 64,13 termasuk kategori sedangdan kelompok perlakuan 43,47 termasuk kategori ringan. Kesimpulan penggunaan Lateral Patients Transfer Device beresiko ringan dan Draw Sheet beresiko sedang. Saran bagi perawat diharapkan perawat dapat menggunakan alat bantu dalam pemindahan pasien sehingga dapat beresiko ringan terkena Low Back Pain.

Abstract

Nurses are workers in hospitals who have very varied tasks. The work activities of nurses in hospitals are quite heavy and have the potential to cause work-related illnesses and accidents. One of them is in the transfer of patients who are at risk for a nurse to occur Low Back Pain. The impact can impair nurses' performance in their daily life activities and hinder their interpersonal relationships, resulting in various problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk value of low back pain using lateral patients transfer devices and draw sheets on nurses at the new Indriati Solo Hospital.
The type of research used is quantitative research with Quasi Experimental research design with posttest nonequivalent control group design. The sample used is 38 control groups and 38 intervention groups. This research was conducted on 09 July – 29 July 2021 at Indriati Hospital Solo Baru. The measuring instrument of this study used the
Nordic Body Map to assess the risk of Low Back Pain and the analytical observation sheet used static parametric analysis, namely the Independent Sample T-test analysis. The results of the LBP risk analysis in both groups, namely the mean of the control group was 64.13 including the moderate category and the treatment group was 43.47 including the mild category. The conclusion is that the use of the Lateral Patients Transfer Device is at low risk and the Draw Sheet is at moderate risk. Suggestions for nurses are expected that nurses can use assistive devices in transferring patients so that they can be at low risk of low back pain.
