ABSTRAK
Pada pasien post operasi dengan general anasthesi sangat rentan tejadi kegawatan di ruang pulih sadar terutama yang dapat mengganggu atau menghambat proses pemulihan dari efek anesthesi. ROM pasif diharapkan mampu memberikan pengaruh yang baik dalam proses pemulihan pasien post operasi dengan anesthesi general. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ROM Pasif terhadap perubahan nilai Aldrete score pada pasien post operasi dengan General Anesthesi di Ruang Pulih Sadar RS Indriati Solo Baru Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan quasi eksperimental dengan pendekatan one-group pre post test design dengan 50 Responden. Variabel yang diamati adalah perubahan nilai Aldrete score setelah diberikan ROM Pasif. Analisa data menggunakan Analisa univariat dan Analisa bivariat.
Karakteristik responden 52% perempuan dan 48% laki-laki. Dengan frekuensi karakteristik usia minimal 20 tahun dan maksimal 67 tahun dengan nilai mean 38,8. Pada hasil frekuensi statistik aldrete score sebelum diberikan ROM pasih adalah nilai minimal 4 dan nilai maksimal 7 dengan nilai mean 6,46, hal ini menunjukakn masih adanya pengaruh anesthesi yang kuat pada pasien. Pada hasil frekuensi statistic sesudah ROM pasif adalah nilai minimla 9 dan nilai maksimal 10 dengan nilai mean 9,54, hal ini menunjukkan pasien sudah kembali pulih. Pada Analisa bivariat menunjukan perbedaan bermakna dengan p value 0,000 yang artinya ada pengaruh ROM pasif terhadap perubahan nilai aldrete score pada pasien post operasi dengan general anesthesi.

ABSTRACT

Postoperative patients with general anesthesia are very susceptible to emergencies in the conscious recovery room, especially those that can interfere with or hinder the recovery process from the effects of anesthesia. Passive ROM is expected to have a good influence on the recovery process of postoperative patients with general anesthesia. This study aims to determine the effect of Passive ROM on changes in the Aldrete score in postoperative patients with General Anesthesia in the Recovery Room of Indriati Solo Baru Hospital.
Quantitative research using a quasi-experimental approach with a one-group pre-post test design approach with 50 respondents. The variable observed was the change in the Aldrete score after being given Passive ROM. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis.
Characteristics of respondents 52% female and 48% male. With a characteristic frequency of at least 20 years of age and a maximum of 67 years with a mean value of 38.8. In the statistical frequency results, the Aldrete score before being given ROM was a minimum value of 4 and a maximum value of 7 with a mean value of 6.46, this indicates that there is still a strong anesthetic effect on the patient. In the results of the statistical frequency after passive ROM is a minimum value of 9 and a maximum value of 10 with a mean value of 9.54, this indicates that the patient has recovered. The bivariate analysis showed a significant difference with a p value of 0.000 which means that there is an effect of passive ROM on changes in the aldrete score in postoperative patients with general anesthesia.
