Abstract
Background: Based on law number 38 of 2014 concerning nursing, a Nurse Practice License (SIPP) is a mandatory requirement that a nurse must have to practice. However, secondary data from the Health Human Resources Information System (SISDMK) in The Karanganyar District Health Office showed that there were 26 nurses or 8.7% of all nurses in the Karanganyar District Hospital who did not have SIPP or SIPP had expired. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence nurse compliance in the addition of SIPP as a basis for increasing nurse compliance in the addition of SIPP.
Research Methodology: This research is a quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling with a total sample of 75 nurses in Karanganyar District Hospital. The study was conducted in July 2022 and data collection using a questionnaire.
Results: Nurses' compliance with the addition of SIPP was 78.7%. Knowledge factor has a value of 0.006, attitude has a value of 0.002, has a value of 0.047, leadership has a value of 0.003, and tenure has a value of 0.132.
Conclusion: There are still nurses who do not comply as much as 21.3%. There is a relationship between the variables of knowledge, attitude, distance and partial adherence to compliance. There is no relationship between the variable length of service on nurse compliance in the addition of SIPP.
