Perkembangan anak juga tidak terlepas dari peran caregiver atau orang yang merawat balita. Caregiver paling banyak diperankan oleh orang tua atau orang terdekat anak. Peran orang tua sangat penting untuk memantau agar anak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan tumbuh kembang balita usia 12-60 bulan di Desa Wirun Kecamatan Mojolaban Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian observasional analitik/survei analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah ibu yang memiliki balita usia 12-60 bulan di Desa Wirun Kecamatan Mojolaban Kabupaten Sukoharjo sebanyak 44 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji non parametik yaitu uji Rank Spearman (Spearman Rho). Data dianalisis dengan bantuan program Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan tumbuh kembang balita usia 12-60 bulan di Desa Wirun Kecamatan Mojolaban Kabupaten Sukoharjo (sig. value 0,018 ≤ 0,05)

Abstract

Child development is inseparable from the role of caregivers or people who care for toddlers. Caregivers are mostly played by parents or those closest to the child. The parents role is very important to monitor so that children can grow and develop properly. The research purpose was analyzed the correlation of parenting style and the growth and development of toddlers aged 12-60 months in Wirun Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency. This research is a type of analytic observational research/analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The research sample was mothers who had toddlers aged 12-60 months in Wirun Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency, totaling 44 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis used a non-parametric test, namely the Spearman Rank test (Spearman Rho). Data were analyzed with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) program. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between parenting style and the growth and development of toddlers aged 12-60 months in Wirun Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency (sig. value 0.018 ≤ 0.05)
