Abstract

Abstrak
Kecemasan pada ibu hamil menyebabkan peningkatan resiko perubahan secara patologis akan menyebabkan hipertensi pada kehamilan, selain itu secara psikologis ibu yang mengalami kecemasan dapat meningkatkan resiko depresi post partum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara psikoedukasi prenatal massage dengan kecemasan psikologis ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Mojolaban. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan crossectional study on egroup pre test-post test. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bulan Maret-Mei 2023 di Poliklinik KIA. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil yang memasuki trimester ke III. Sampel sebesar 56 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis bivariate menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil analisis bivariate menunjukkan p-value 0,000, sehingga kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan pemberian psikoedukasi prenatal massage terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III di wilayah kerja puskesmas Mojolaban.

Abstrack
Anxiety in an expectant mother leads to a pathological increased risk of change, leading to hypertension in pregnancy, and in addition to a psychologically anxious mother can increase the risk of post traumatic depression. The purpose of this study is to analyze the connection between prenatal massage and psychological anxiety of pregnant mother trimester III in the Mojolaban center. The study is a crossectional study approach on egroup pre examination post test. The study was done in March-May 2023 in polyclinic KIA. The population in this study is pregnant mothers who enter trimester to the third 56 respondents in the sample. Sample retrieval method USES sampling methods. Bivariate analysis uses the Wilcoxon test. Bivarious analysis shows p-value 0,000, so the net result is a prenatal massage of prenatal massage of the trimester mother III's concerns in the Mojolaban region of the labor center in Mojolaban.
