ABSTRAK
Prakonsepsi merupakan tahapan awal dalam persiapan persalinan dan bisa dimulai dipersiapkan sejak calon pengantin. Asam folat merupakan salah satu kebutuhan prakonsepsi yang harus terpenuhi agar melahirkan anak yang sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian lembar balik terhadap pengetahuan peran asam folat di masa prakonsepsi di Puskesmas Bulu, Sukoharjo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah catindi Puskesmas Bulu dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling dan didapatkan 30 responden dalam kurun waktu Mei-Juni 2023. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimental di Puskesmas Bulu, Sukoharjo. Cara pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis univariat dan bivariat dengan SPSS IBM 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar responden bekerja sebagai karyawan swasta (56%) dan wiraswasta (30%) dengan pendidikan terakhir SMA (23%) dan dalam rentang usia 21-35 tahun (83%). Analisis bivariat dengan uji wilcoxon sign rank test menunjukan angka p<0,05 (CI=95%) Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh pemberian lembar balik terhadap pengetahuan peran asam folat di masa prakonsepsi di Puskesmas Bulu, Sukoharjo.

ABSTRACT
Preconception is the initial stage in preparation for childbirth and can begin to be prepared from the bride and groom. Folic acid is one of the preconception needs that must be met in order to give birth to a healthy child. This study aims to determine the effect of giving a return sheet on the knowledge of the role of folic acid in the preconception period at the Bulu Health Center, Sukoharjo. The population in this study is the Bulu Health Center with a total sampling technique and 30 respondents were obtained in the period May-June 2023. The design of this research is quasi-experimental at Puskesmas Bulu, Sukoharjo. How data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed univariate and bivariate with IBM SPSS 25. The results showed that most respondents worked as private employees (56%) and self-employed (30%) with a recent high school education (23%) and in the age range of 21-35 years (83%). Bivariate analysis with Wilcoxon sign rank test showed a number of p <0.05 (CI = 95%) The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of giving back sheets on the knowledge of the role of folic acid in the preconception period at the Bulu Health Center, Sukoharjo.
