Abstract
The psychological behavioral response to anxiety is usually characterized by a faster heart beat,
restlessness, tension, terror, nervousness, crying, sadness, fast speaking, lack of coordination,
withdrawal and avoidance of problems in the form of mild to severe anxiety which will affect the child's
healing process. during hospital treatment. Anxiety occurs in children aged 3-6 years, one way to reduce
anxiety in children is using flashcard play therapy. Flashcards are small cards containing pictures, text
or symbols which can be used to train children in spelling and enrich vocabulary (Susanti , 2021). The
pictures on the flashcards are grouped, among others: animal series, fruit, clothes, colors, number shapes,
and so on. This card is played by reading it. This type of research uses quantitative research with a
descriptive design. Examining strategy utilized all out testing, the quantity of tests in this review was
36 respondents. The aftereffects of this review show that the impact of cheat sheet play treatment on the
nervousness of hospitalization of pre-younger students in the workspace of RST Dr Asmir Salatiga
experienced serious uneasiness, in particular 23 respondents (63.9%), moderate tension, to be specific
17 respondents (47.2%) . The conclusions from this research can increase information and knowledge
about the impact of anxiety in pre-school children's hospitalization.
