Factors Influencing Pregnant Women's Third Trimester Antenatal Care Visits at the Klinik Rawat Inap Solo Peduliin 2024

Abstract

Antenatal care (ANC) is care provided to pregnant women to determine the health condition of the mother and baby during pregnancy and the care is provided by health professionals. The research purpose was determined the factors that influence ANC visits for third trimester pregnant women at the Klinik Rawat Inap Solo Peduliin 2024.
This is a type of analytical observational research/analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The research sample was 26 third trimester pregnant women who carried out pregnancy checks at the Klinik Rawat Inap Solo PeduliJanuary-February 2024. The research instrument was used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used univariate and bivariate analysis. The bivariate analysis technique used a non-parametric test, namely the Spearman Rank test. Data were analyzed with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) program.
The research results showed that 1) The characteristics of third trimester pregnant women at the Klinik Rawat Inap Solo Peduliwere 20 people (76.9%) of age who were not at risk of becoming pregnant, 16 people had a secondary education (61.5%), and 19 people were working ( 73.1%); 2) The level of knowledge about ANC among third trimester pregnant women at Klinik Rawat Inap Solo Peduli, the majority of whom are pregnant women with good knowledge, namely 17 people (65.4%); 3) ANC visits by pregnant women in the third trimester at Klinik Rawat Inap Solo Peduli included 24 people (60.0%) who were compliant in carrying out ANC; 4) There is no significant relationship between the age of pregnant women and antenatal care visits at the Klinik Rawat Inap Solo Peduli (sig. value 0.925 > 0.05); 5) There is a significant relationship between pregnant women's education and antenatal care visits at the Klinik Rawat Inap Solo Peduli (sig. value 0.038 < 0.05); 6) There is a significant relationship between the employment of pregnant women and antenatal care visits at the Klinik Rawat Inap Solo Peduli (sig. value 0.017 < 0.05).
The research conclusion that there is a significant relationship between the education and employment of pregnant women and antenatal care visits at the Klinik Rawat Inap Solo Peduli, but there is no significant relationship between the age of pregnant women and antenatal care visits at the Klinik Rawat Inap Solo Peduli.
