ABSTRAK
Burnout adalah keadaan perawat berperilaku menyimpang dikarenakan kelelahan fisik, mental, emosional, perubahan sikap dalam bentuk menarik diri secara psikologis dari pekerjaan. Produktivitas kerja merupakan hasil yang didapatkan dari pertimbangan antara input dan output dengan peran kerja. Tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara burnout dengan produktivitas kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah populasi 689 responden, menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling dengan jumlah 87 sampel. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dan hasil data dianalisis dengan uji spearman rank.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan karakteristik berdasarkan usia mayoritas masa dewasa awal 32 responden (36,8%), jenis kelamin mayoritas perempuan 60 responden (69,0%) karakteristik masa kerja mayoritas masa kerja lama 53 responden (59,8%), karakteristik pendidikan mayoritas D3 34 responden (39,1%). Deskripsi burnout mayoritas berkategori sedang 38 responden (43,7%), produktivitas kerja mayoritas berkategori sedang 44 responden (50,6%).Hasil uji spearman penelitian ini didapatkan nilai p valeu 0,006 < 0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan antara burnout dengan produktivitas kerja perawat diruang rawat inap RSUD Dr.Moewardi Surakarta

ABSTRACT
Burnout is a state of nurses behaving aberrantly due to physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion. Transformations in attitude bear the state of psychological withdrawal from work. Work productivity results from consideration between input and output with work roles. The study aimed to determine the relationship between burnout and the work productivity of nurses in the inpatient room.
The research employed quantitative with cross-sectional methods. The total population was 689 respondents. The sampling technique utilized a purposive sampling technique with 87 samples. The instrument used a questionnaire. The researchers analyzed the data using the Spearman rank test.
The study discovered that the characteristics of respondents based on age were in early adulthood, namely 32 respondents (36.8%). In addition, 60 respondents (69.0%) of gender characteristics are female. For the tenure characteristics, most of the respondents have a long tenure, with 53 respondents (59.8%). Regarding educational characteristics, 34 (39.1%) respondents have a D3 educational background. Furthermore, a description of the level of burnout presented that 38 respondents (43.7%) were in the moderate category. Meanwhile, the work productivity of 44 respondents (50.6%) was a moderate category. The results of the Spearman test obtained a p-value of 0.006 <0.05, which indicated a relationship between burnout and nurse work productivity in the inpatient room of Dr.Moewardi Surakarta Hospital.
