Pengaruh Pemberian Jus Buah Naga Terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hb Pada Ibu Hamil Di Kelurahan Sragen Wetan
Abstrak
Latarbelakang: Kadar hemoglobin yang rendah masih menjadi salah satu masalah pada masa kehamilan, sebanyak 52% di negara-negara berkembang wanita hamil mengalami anemia. Penyebab rendahnya kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil yaitu asupan zat besi yang kurang, gangguan penyerapan pada pencernaan, perdarahan, dan meningkatnya kebutuhan zat besi. Anemia dapat dicegah dengan mengkonsumsi makanan bergizi seimbang dengan asupan zat besi yang cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tubuh. Bahan alami yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk mengobati anemia dan mudah didapatkan serta dibudidayakan juga mengandung protein, vitamin C, dan zat besi, dan salah satunya adalah buah naga.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Jus Buah Naga Terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hb pada Ibu Hamil di Kelurahan Sragen Wetan.
Desain: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif quasy experiment, rancangan One Group Pretest Posttest With Control Design. Populasi seluruh ibu hamil di kelurahan Sragen wetan pada bulan Mei 2024 Kecamatan Sragen, Kabupaten Sragen sejumlah 60 orang. Sampel sejumlah 60 orang ibu hamil yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, yaitu 30 orang ibu hamil kelompok intervensi dan 30 orang ibu hamil kelompok control. Uji statistic emnggunakan uji Wilcoxon test
Hasil: Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon test dengan menggunakan program SPSS didapat nilai hasil Uji  = 0,000 nilai  = 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho Ditolak
Kesimpuan: Terdapat pengaruh pemberian jus buah naga terhadap peningkatan kadar hb pada ibu hamil di Kelurahan Sragen Wetan

The Effect of Giving Dragon Fruit Juice on Increasing Hb Levels in Pregnant Women in Sragen Wetan Village
Abstract
Background: Low hemoglobin levels are still one of the problems during pregnancy, as many as 52% of pregnant women in developing countries experience anemia. The causes of low hemoglobin levels in pregnant women are insufficient iron intake, impaired absorption in the digestive tract, bleeding, and increased iron needs. Anemia can be prevented by consuming a balanced nutritious diet with sufficient iron intake to meet the body's needs. Natural ingredients that can be used as an alternative to treating anemia and are easy to obtain and cultivate also contain protein, vitamin C, and iron, and one of them is dragon fruit.
Objective: To determine the Effect of Giving Dragon Fruit Juice on Increasing Hb Levels in Pregnant Women in Sragen Wetan Village.
Design: Quantitative research type quasi experiment, One Group Pretest Posttest With Control Design. The population of all pregnant women in Sragen Wetan Village in May 2024, Sragen District, Sragen Regency was 60 people. A sample of 60 pregnant women was divided into 2 groups, namely 30 pregnant women in the intervention group and 30 pregnant women in the control group. Statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test
Results: Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test using the SPSS program obtained the test result  = 0,000  = 0,05 so that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected
Conclusion: There is an effect of giving dragon fruit juice on increasing Hb levels in pregnant women in Sragen Wetan Village
