Hubungan Karakteristik Ibu Dengan Kejadian Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Sragen Tahun 2024

Abstrak
Latarbelakang: Angka kematian ibu merupakan indikator untuk melihat kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di suatu daerah/ negara. Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) wilayah kerja Kabupaten Sragen hingga akhir Desember 2023 mencapai 14 kasus dari total 8.027 KH, diantaranya 8 kasus disebabkan karena kegawatdaruratan dan penyerta, 1 karena Hipertensi, 3 karena preeklamsia, dan 2 lainya karena perdaraha
Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik ibu dengan kejadian hipertensi di Puskesmas Sragen Tahun 2024.
Desain: Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian retrospektif, rancangan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang mengalami hipertensi dan tercatat di rekam medis pasien Puskesmas Sragen mulai dari 1 Januari 2024 hingga 31 Agustus 2024 sejumlah 35 orang. Sampel sejumlah 35 orang. Teknik sampling total sampling, Analisa data uji chi square test.
Hasil: Didapat nilai hasil Uji  = 0,000 nilai  = 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho Ditolak artinya terdapat hubungan karakteristik umur ibu dengan kejadian hipertensi di Puskesmas Sragen Tahun 2024, dan didapat nilai hasil Uji  = 0,003 nilai  = 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho Ditolak artinya terdapat hubungan karakteristik paritas ibu dengan kejadian hipertensi di Puskesmas Sragen Tahun 2024.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan karakteristik ibu dengan kejadian hipertensi di Puskesmas Sragen Tahun 2024 dengan hasil  < , sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho Ditolak.

Relationship Between Maternal Characteristics and Hypertension Incidence at Sragen Health Center in 2024

Abstract
Background: Maternal mortality rate is an indicator to see the health and welfare of the community in a region/country. In addition, the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) target has not been achieved (end of 2030 <70). The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in the Sragen Regency working area until the end of December 2023 reached 14 cases out of a total of 8,027 KH, including 8 cases due to emergencies and comorbidities, 1 due to hypertension, 3 due to preeclampsia, and 2 others due to bleeding
Objective: To analyze the relationship between maternal characteristics and the incidence of hypertension at the Sragen Health Center in 2024.
Design: This type of research is a retrospective study, cross-sectional design. The population is all pregnant women who experience hypertension and are recorded in the medical records of Sragen Health Center patients from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, a total of 35 people. The sample is 35 people. Total sampling technique, chi square test data analysis.
Results: The test result value  = 0.000, the value  = 0.05 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between maternal age characteristics and the incidence of hypertension at the Sragen Health Center in 2024, and the test result value  = 0.003, the value  = 0.05 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between maternal parity characteristics and the incidence of hypertension at the Sragen Health Center in 2023.
Conclusion: There is a relationship between maternal characteristics and the incidence of hypertension at the Sragen Health Center in 2023 with the result  < , so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
